REETHA MEETHA SHAHIB
Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Guru of the Sikhs, came here and rested here under the 'Reetha tree'. Due to the majesty of the Guru, the reetha of the tree from which his disciple had plucked reetha to appease his hunger, became sweet. This place is also called 'Meetha Reetha Sahib'. A grand Gurudwara has been built here by the Sikhs. A huge fair is also organized here every year on Baisakhi.
